Returns/Exchanges Policy
Solo Schoolwear accepts products returns or exchanges within 21 days from date of delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items. The returned or exchanged product must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
It is your responsibility to ensure the goods reach us safely.

3. Place this form with the goods in the box and return to “Returns and Exchanges”, Soloform, 15 Druids Court, Druids Glen, Newtownmountkennedy, Greystones, Co. Wicklow A63 NF72.

4. Shipping notes.
A. On exchange you will be charged (or credited, as applicable) any difference in price, plus shipping to send the new item out.
B. If we have made an error in the original shipping you will not be charged additional shipping.
